split line into each segment

how can i split line into each segment by script
i have tried SPLIT_AT_INTERSECTIONS=YES or INSERT_VERTICES_AT_INTERSECTIONS=YES
but all fail, just split between different lines in intersection.
what i want is split line into many segment tool as attach image

Hello,
That function is not available in the scripting language. I have opened item GM-12280 on our task list so we can evaluate adding it to a future version of Global Mapper.
