The SegY import should create points for each shot point record. If you select one of those points with the Feature Info Tool you should see the attributes for that point from the original seismic record definition. Is there any other information that you need that isn't displayed?

For some reason the attachment isn't showing up, so I can't see the record. As SegY files tend to have a varying set of fields and rarely in the locations specified by the standard, you have to add your own field definitions when loading the SegY files to match up with how they are actually stored in your file. Once loaded, any defined fields should be listed in the attribute value list for each point record when you select with the Feature Info Tool or show in a table form on the Search dialog.
