Using script language to create animation

This is my first post, so forgive any improprieties.....

Is there any way to use GlobalMapper to create a series of exported raster images that could be sequenced together to create a 5-10 second zoom-in sequence? It would involve a loop action to display an image, export a screen-resolution image, zoom in by some arbitrary factor, export another screen-resolution image, and repeat. The zoom increment would need to be small enough that sequencing the individual images would produce as "smooth" animation. The ability to change the image "center" would be helpful.

You could certainly use the script language to do this. You would just use a series of EXPORT_RASTER script commands to export your frames. You can specify the bounding box and resolution for each export command, so you could control your zooming and panning however you need.

Let me know if I can be of further assistance.

    Thanks,
