Unable to download CORINE Land Cover Data

I get this error every time I try to download CORINE Land Cover data.

What part of the world are you trying to access? I just tried and it works perfectly for me so the server is fine, at least where I tried. We actually host that data ourselves so there shouldn't be any issues with the server going offline.
