Mike,
(GM 13.2)
If I export a Elevation-Raster using Griding (Shapefile containing regular rectangles) and overlapping (1%) and if I then choose YES Crop to the exact area boundry - I get a overlapping elevation-grids, but the elevations in the obverlapping areas are all nodata. If I choose NO export works well...
Thanks
Peter

Peter,
That is what I would expect. If you choose Yes to crop to the area bounds then everything outside the area has to be 'no data', otherwise you aren't actually cropping to the areas. It seems like the NO option to just crop to the bounds should be what you want if you want data outside the areas.
Thanks,
Mike

Mike,
OK, but I wonder why I can create Overlapping Grids with no content in the overlapping area...
Thanks
Peter
