Hi
are there some geological age symbol in GM or how to create them?

global_mapper

There aren't any built-in ones like that, but you can add new ones from any image file (or some vector formats) on the Point Styles tab of the Configuration dialog.

Hi,

for global/standardized geological age symbols, you can use the dedicated font by the USGS, available here http://pubs.usgs.gov/tm/2006/11A02/ (under section 32)
