Draw small circle from 3 points on reference surface

Pretty straightforward. Select 3 points and draw a small circle that passes through all 3. Have the option to add a point at the center of the small circle. The reference surface would be an ellipsoid or a plane (same setting as for measurements).

As far as I know matlab does not do this.
