Merge SRTM Geotiff files

Hi there,
How do I merge several SRTM Geotiff files to obtain one Geotiff file ? This is my first question.
My second question, can Global Mapper delineate watersheds from a DEM ? If yes, how ?

    To merge the files, simply load all of them, then use the File->Export Raster and Elevation Data->Export GeoTIFF menu command to export a new GeoTIFF DEM file.

    Global Mapper does not support automatically delineating watersheds.
