Possible bug in GM 14.00 x32 under Win7 x64

I noticed a very very slow startup of Global Mapper 14.00 32 bits when using it on a Windows 7 64 bits. I have no problems with the 64 bits version. I don't know if it is a real bug or a problem in my hardware configuration.

It is likely caused by the new check for an ESRI license to enable some functionality. We have fixed this now by deferring the license check a bit, so a new build may help this. I have placed a new build at http://www.globalmapper.com/global_mapper14.zip with the latest changes for you to try. Simply download that file and extract the contents into your existing v14.xx installation folder to give it a try.

I extracted the content of global_mapper.zip in the installation folder and now everything is perfect.
