Ortho mode - beyond digitizing

I noticed today that the ortho drawing modes apply only to the digitizer tools. I'd like to suggest that they be extended to the other tools as well as there are occasions when it would be useful to measure or take profiles in the ortho/right-angle modes.

I can add this to the todo list. One suggestion that will work now is to draw your feature of interest with the ortho mode in the Digitizer Tool, then just right-click with it selected and select the appropriate option to either display feature measurements or display a path profile along the line. You can do both of those from existing features in the Digitizer Tool.
