Allow purchase of v14 or impose less restrictions on trial license

I'd like to keep using v14, but I'm going to have to switch back to v13 because I've hit my export limit. I'd be willing to go ahead and buy the upgrade. As an alternative, a less restrictive trial license for the beta versions would also work.
