Highlight Selected Overlay

When I have several overlays loaded it would be nice to have an option that highlights the selected overlay in the map view. If I have 40 images loaded and I select one, the corresponding image on the map would outline with a specific color. I don't know if you would want this feature no all the time, so an on/off option would be nice.

Ok I've added this to the todo list and will hopefully get added for v14.0 release.
