I was hoping that version 14 had improved the ability to move individual vertices without having to alt-click once to select and then click again to move. Any possibility of adding this ability as discussed in....

We are still adding stuff to v14. Right now I'm working on a custom keyboard shortcut creator so you can assign some Digitizer Tool commands to keyboard shortcuts. In addition with the new Favorites option you could set the Move Vertices command to your current favorite, then use Ctrl+Enter to do that after each select of a vertex to enter move mode, then drag it where you want. I'll also post this in the other thread.

    Thanks,

I downloaded the latest build of 14 and tried the shortcut menu. Although the MOVE VTX button works properly when I select the shortcut it tells me "THe selected favorite command cannot currently be executed as the proper type of data is not selected to run th command"

It would be very helpful if you could select a single path for vertex moves, have only its vertexes show and be able to drag to move them one at a time. This would be similar to how editing paths works in Google Earth.

To use the Move Vertex command you have to have vertex display enabled (either for all features or just the selected one, both options are on the Options right-click submenu of the Digitizer Tool) and you have to have at least one vertex selected. Once you have vertices selected you can then move them individually or as a group.

    Thanks,
