CUDA support in future versions?

Hello all,

I wonder are there a plans to add support for CUDA computing?

I saw previous post about CUDA, but that was in 2007... hopefully things changed from then.

    We are still planning on starting to make some especially compute-intense calculations multi-threaded, allowing the use of multiple cores and possibly also CUDA. This will probably start with large gridded exports and expand to some other operations, like perhaps watershed calculation, that are compute intensive.
