RF viewshed analysis taking into account ground type reflectivity

I have a project that we are conducting RF analysis coverage and need to take into account the reflectivity of the ground, the ground type is in Hawaii near 2 volcanoes with one of them last active in 1984. This ground type has played a part in the RF reflectivity in the past. Is there a way to add this capability into Global Mapper?

    How exactly does the ground reflectivity affect the RF signal? If it's not extremely difficult to account for it may be something we can account for.

    It looks like the area has a ground conductivity of .002 siemens/meter which works out to 500 ohms/meter resistance.

    Sorry I'm not a RF engineer, so I have no idea how that information would affect the view shed, which is pretty much just a simple line of sight to each point from the transmitter location, along with some things like Fresnel zones, earth curvature, and atmospheric correction built in. Once the line of sight hits the terrain it is assumed to be done.
