Using created feature as boundary

1. Is there any way to select an area feature I've just created as the polygon crop boundary? There is no need for the boundary after use, therefore no need to save it.

2. The POLYGON_CROP_FILE_USE_ALL setting doesn't seem to be making the POLYGON_CROP_FILE use all the areas.

If you are just talking about in the context of a script file, there is not currently any way to specify that you want to use an area feature already loaded in the context of the main map view as the crop polygon.

The POLYGON_CROP_FILE_USE_ALL setting should be using all areas in the POLYGON_CROP_FILE as crop polygons, resulting in a single export that keeps all data that is within at least one of the polygons in that file. Is this not what you are seeing? Can you post a sample script that this is not working for?

    Thanks,

Hopefully I got the zip file attached. If not, I'll send it direct.

I took the path's out of the filenames.

I tested the manual operation selecting several areas and it seems to be fine. Just not in my script.
