Can you first try getting the latest (v13.2.2) release from the links below and see if that helps?

32-bit: http://www.globalmapper.com/downloads/global_mapper_setup.exe
64-bit: http://www.globalmapper.com/downloads/global_mapper_setup_64bit.exe

If it doesn't, can you try exporting to a filename and path with only English characters first in case the ECW library is not liking some of the path characters. I'm not sure what limitations that it has internally.
