Geotiff export file size

Hi,
I am trying to export a set of black and white tiff. They are small rectangles, and I would like to have them as a single file. Globalmapper complains it cannot export the file because it is too big. Exporting as a grid I get a final dimension of the sum of all the elements of 750 Mb, which should be small enough. Moreover I am forced to export images of about 50 Mb.
Any suggestion is welcome.

It is clear now. My problem isn't the file size, but the pixel number.
