Error trying to open a dwg file

When attempting to open an autocad dwg file in version 13.0 Global Mapper throws me the following error File not found: and the file location.
I need to open these files to work with.

Can you first try getting the v13.2 release from the links below and see if that fixes the problem?

I don't have problems opening DWG files from Autocad 2007 both with 13.0 and 13.2.
