I drawing a geological map also digitize, that gets complicated on very curved line of unit , turnings of the line appear sharpned,in some cases how can I improve its snapping sensitivity or what is the its ideal pixel adjustment?

I would suggest using the option to create new area/line features with trace mode for getting very curvy lines. It is on the Digitizer Toolbar and in the right-click menu. It basically automatically drops vertices as you move your mouse with the left button down rather than only dropping them where you click, allowing you to trace more complex shapes with less clicking. There is also a right-click option in the Digitizer Tool for smoothing features that you might try. It will adjust vertices and add new ones to try and smooth the appearance.
