Unable to cancel all when converting areas to lines

Mike,

When converting several areas to lines and you want to cancel the operation, you have to cancel for every area feature selected. This is a problem when lots are selected. It works as I think it should for lines -- several closed lines selected, create areas from lines, cancel and the operation cancels immediately. I'm using 13.1 b030512.

Which option are you using to do this? You shouldn't ever get a progress dialog at all when converting area features to lines. Are you perhaps talking about a different option than creating lines from areas?

Sorry if that wasn't clear. I'm selecting several area features then right-clicking, Advanced Feature Creation Options, and finally Create Line Features from Selected Area Features. If I then choose Cancel on the Modify Feature Info dialog, I have to select Cancel for each selected feature. That's a problem when you selected lots of areas and want to cancel. On the other hand, if you do the same thing but go lines to areas, you only have to select cancel once and it cancels for all selected lines. Hope that makes sense.

I have fixed this so now the cancel should cancel the entire operation. I have placed a new build at http://www.globalmapper.com/global_mapper13.zip with the latest changes for you to try. Simply download that file and extract the contents into your existing v13.xx installation folder to give it a try. If you are using the 64-bit v13 version there is a new build at http://www.globalmapper.com/global_mapper13_64bit.zip .
