Control Center Change

Is it possible to make the Control Center dialog "dockable", so it can always be displayed on the side, similar to CAD or ArcView. That way you can always see what you have open and displayed.
Also, can you change the way the items view order is changed to a drag and drop format. If you want a layer to be display on top of everything else, just drag it to the top.

Layer drag-n-drop has come up before and I believe it's on Mike's mega To do List. From my perspective, given the recent Control Center improvements, D-n-D can wait a long time. It adds nothing to my maps and isn't a need or a big want.DustyRobinson wrote: »Is it possible to make the Control Center dialog "dockable", so it can always be displayed on the side, similar to CAD or ArcView. A dockable control center, perhaps with drag-and-drop, is, as Roger said, on our mega todo list. We'll get there someday, but typically new functionality and bug fixes get top billing over more minor user interface improvements.
Thanks,
Mike
