Sqlite map format

Hi, I'd like to ask you if you plan to export maps to sqlite format or rmaps format.
For the android platform, there is a program called Locus, in my opinion, what is the best on the market. This program supports the formats sqlite and rmaps.

I do have a question - does this support the "views" concept described in the spec? http://mapbox.com/developers/mbtiles/
That is - the ability to not need to store and restore repetitive tiles.
Thanks,
Mike
