Rotation of Features?

Hi:

I am totally new to GM. Very complete. However, I am having trouble rotating features that are created with the Digitazer tool. In particular rotating the line fill in the area features. Also the ability to pick the rotation of a text feature. Could you tell me where I can find the information about this.

    Global Mapper does not currently have any support for rotating line or area features.
