License Issues

I am using microsoft server 2003 and my license is installed on the server,how does the licensing work if users remote desktop to the server,is one license fine or do i need a license for each user ?

    The licensing for Global Mapper works such that each user needs a license. Multiple users are not allowed to run a network copy of the software through just a single user license. Each user needs to have their own license for this scenario.
