Where can I find Building Height data for cities around the world?

Hello All,

I am working on an Earthquake Model for highly urbanized cities around the world (especially along the fault lines). If anyone knows where I can find building height data including building height, building area, land parcel area, and building type classification I would greatly appreciate the help.
