File problem conversion in BIL format

i opened with global mapper a file in grc format (vertical mapper grid w mapinfo).

i performed a conversion file format in BIL format (no problem during the process)

unfortunately, the software in charge to use the BIL file indicate me the following error message: Raster data header file contains invalid values: Identifier skipBytes not found.

Could you indicate me which parameters in global mapper must be checked ?
Best regards

It sounds like your other software doesn't like the .hdr format generated by Global Mapper for the BIL file (there are lots of different header formats used). The SKIPBYTES value found in some .hdr files should be optional, but apparently your other software requires it. Try adding a line SKIPBYTES 0 to your file to specify that value with 0 as the value and see if your other software takes it then.

Let me know if I can be of further assistance.
