geotiff in wrong hemisphere

Is there an easy way to reposition geotiffs? I have a series that have all the correct coordinates except they are S rather than N.

    Yes, right-click on the layer in the Control Center and select the option to modify the layer position. You can then correct the control points. If just the projection is wrong, go to the Projection tab of the Options dialog for the layer and correct the projection.
