Is the DigitalGlobe server down?

I bought the premium access yesterday and had to wait for a key, so in the meantime I found my site with the watermarked imagery.

Today I log in to get the premium content and it appears the digitalglobe data is down.

Is there a link to a real time status monitor?

Am I doing it wrong?

If the server was down it seems to be up now. Can you try again and see if it works?
