Fail to open tif file

Problem file is attached. Error message:

Error opening TIFF file: E:\gateway_1.tif
TIFF directory is missing required "ImageLength" field
TIFFOverlay.cpp - 124
Version: v11.02
Build Time: Apr 23 2010 14:31:49

    Both Windows & Photoshop say that it's an invalid file.
