Bug in unknown projection

I open 3 files in GlobalMapper (TIF with no GEOTIFF or external header-file) and it says the usual: The projection/datum of this GeoTIF file could not be determined.....
Afterwards I select the correct coordsyst and check the "Use selected projection for all files". Then click OK. However when GlobalMapper opens the next file I see: The Datum/projection could not be determined automatically. Then I click OK. The file gets correctly placed (with the projection/datum I selected from the previous file). Then it opens the next file with the same question and I click OK. Opening 1000 files like this takes alot of time.
I havent seen that this box pops up previously. I just selected the unknown projection for the first file and then the rest of the files "copied" the same data - thats why the "Use selected projection" is there.

Can you post a couple of your files so I can take a look (or email them to support@globalmapper.com)? Then I can see why you are getting the prompt multiple times after checking the "use for all" button.
Thanks,
Mike

I've got the problem fixed now. I have placed a new build at http://www.globalmapper.com/global_mapper11.zip with the change for you to try. Simply download that file and extract the contents into your existing v11.xx installation folder to give it a try. If you are using the 64-bit version, there is a new build available at http://www.globalmapper.com/global_mapper11_64bit.zip .
Let me know if I can be of further assistance.
Thanks,
Mike
