Hi Mike,

A little bug : When I draw a line, then select sample features at fixed distance interval, eg 10, the first point is labeled 1, the second 11, etc., while as these labels indicate the distance from the starting point, it should be 0, 10, ...

Thanks,

TeeGee

    TeeGee,

In the latest v11.02 builds you can choose to label by sequence number or distance when creating the points along a feature by distance. If you get the latest build this should work for you. I have placed a new build at http://www.globalmapper.com/global_mapper11.zip with the change for you to try. Simply download that file and extract the contents into your existing v11.xx installation folder to give it a try. If you are using the 64-bit version, there is a new build available at http://www.globalmapper.com/global_mapper11_64bit.zip .

Let me know if I can be of further assistance.

    Thanks,

    Mike

    Thanks Mike,

I did not noticed that in the dialog box, when "sample features at fixed distance interval" is checked, the "start label number" of the section "sample features at fixed number of regularly spaced locations" is still active, with 1 as default number. I'll try to look and think twice before reporting a bug next time.

    Thanks again,
