Exported DEM wont open in ArgGIS 9.3

I am generating a DEM in GM, but it won't open in ArgGIS - it throws an error.

What is the error that you are getting in ArcGIS and what projection system are you using when you create your DEM? Note that many applications only support DEM files that use UTM or Geographic (lat/lon) coordinates and will error on anything else.
