GM access to ArcIMS/ArcGIS Server 9.X web services?

Dear GM/Mike,

Newer GM user, great product. Looking to cut out imagery for field laptop, have run across county GIS sites with great imagery (6"/1' 2009 color), but they are using ArcIMS/ArcGIS 9.2/3 Server web services (not WMS). I tried asking the counties to publish WMS, but for whatever reasons can't/won't. Any suggestions ?

San Juan County, NM GIS (GeoCortex frontend, but I know it's ArcIMS Image Service backend)

Unfortunately there isn't any way to access the ESRI/Arc web service platforms in Global Mapper, so unless the counties will change and publish in an open standard like WMS there isn't much hope for getting the data directly into GM.
