3D View and Vertical Exageration

I often have call to rapidly change the vertical exageration in 3D view. Whilst I can configure the default VE, the incremental change within the viewer (I think) are set to 0.1. Could we have a drop down box to allow us to change this?

Tooltips in 3D viewer would also help (doesnt seem to work on myt system)

    The right-most button on the 3D toolbar brings up a '3D View Proprerties' dialog that allows you to much more easily set the vertical exaggeration.

    The 3D viewer was actually provided by a 3rd party and lives in an external DLL. I have not to date been able to get tooltips to work for the toolbar there, although I have tried several things. If you (or anyone else) is interested, I'd be happy to provide the full source code for the 3D viewer and allow you to take a crack at it.
