ukooa export

I have a shape file of seismic locations with line name/shot points & other data as attributes. I would like to export to a ukooa format.
How do I capture these lines names from the attributes to correctly label the points along the line?
It currently exports some arbitrary but consecutive number that does not refer to anything I can relate to the line name.
thanks

Global Mapper recognizes several attribute names on export of general data to UKOOA P/190 format files. Use an attribute of LINE_NAME to specify the line name to use and SHOTPOINT or SHOT_POINT to specify the shot point number for each point.
Let me know if I can be of further assistance.
Thanks,
Mike

I am importing in Global Mapper a p1/90 file. This part GM doing a good job.
I would like to export the p1/90 to a shapefile. The problem is SHOTPOINT attribute is not added to the M-Value attribute. I just have the option to add ELEVATION and not SHOTPOINT.
It would be possible to add this feature to Global Mapper?
Thanks a lot,
Patrice Ponchant.
