Dear Mike,

I am trying to use a script to import and style a number of similar shapefiles. I cannot get this to work.. Where am I going wrong?
popbp1 contains the polygon styling elements, for the attribute y2010 below the values of 175.
Thanks in advance
Chris

GLOBAL_MAPPER_SCRIPT VERSION=1.00
UNLOAD_ALL
IMPORT FILENAME="F:\shapefiles_to_style\PopProjAll.shp" PROJ_EPSG_CODE=27700
ASSIGN_TYPE AREA_TYPE="popbp1" COMPARE_STR="y2010<=175*"

    Chris,

    The ASSIGN_TYPE command only supports a compare operator of '=', you cannot currently do more generic comparisons, like '<=', using the ASSIGN_TYPE command.

    Let me know if I can be of further assistance.

    Thanks,

    Mike
