Thanks for the links. I find the price for the TerraGo plugin for ArcGIS rather shocking! You have to pay over $2,000 just to get GeoPDF support into ESRI products! I wonder why ESRI didn't roll their own support like we did. Oh well, all the better for Global Mapper users!
