Reference Image

Mike,

I don't know if this is a bug but whenever I want to reference an image in 11.01 there is know main map (right most window) appearing in the reference dialog This is something I do quite often so a speedy resolution would be good.:D

Kent,

The right-most window in the rectification dialog contains whatever is already loaded in Global Mapper so that you can select points off of that. So if you have some data for reference make sure you load it prior to rectifying your image.

Have done that but nothing appears - I've been doing this a lot from v9, v10 and 11 beta but it doesn't work in 11.01!

I can do you a screen shot if you like but don't know how to include one in a message.

Kent,

I think you have an early v11.01 release that has a bug that caused that. I have placed a new build at http://www.globalmapper.com/global_mapper11.zip with that fixed for you to try. Simply download that file and extract the contents into your existing v11.xx installation folder to give it a try. If you are using the 64-bit version, there is a new build available at http://www.globalmapper.com/global_mapper11_64bit.zip .
