Would it be possible to create a function to draw multiple lines at one time at a designated interval ie 60', 70' ,80' it would be great if I could have a geo referenced photo and on that photo be able to create a polygon border then be able to draw lines at a specifed interval within that polygon then be able to assign a title color and soforth to those lines using the edit line already in the program please email me with any info you may have Keep up the great work this program is great asset to my business Thanks Terry

Could you perhaps use the grid display on the General tab of the Configuration dialog to achieve this? It allows you to draw grid lines in the current projection and use a custom spacing. You could then export them to crop them to some rectangle.

Let me know if I can be of further assistance.

    Thanks,

Sorry for such a delay in response that would work in instances that the lines go N/S-E/W but sometimes they can run on any degree of an angle also what I am getting at is if this would be possible then the total length of lines with in the polygon could be tabulated and used for estimating purposes Thanks for all your great help thanks again Terry

    Terry,

That is something that can be considered for a future release. You can of course already get the measurements (like perimeter and enclosed area) of a selected polygon by selecting it with the Feature Info tool.

Let me know if I can be of further assistance.

    Thanks,
