Layout margins mask grid labels

Using Version 11, 64-bit, Vista. When I request margins using the "layout" tool, they mask or truncate the labels on on my overlaid grid.

    This is a current problem with grid lines and margins. We are planning on significantly improving grid line display for the v11.01 release at which time we'll fix this too.
