arc grid with grey shade values

Global Mapper User
Lots of experience with GIS (ArcInfo), but new to Global Mapper...
I have a large arc grid of the pacific nw where the values ate the grey shade color and not the elevation... values are 0-255 and need to be displayed as the respective gray... 0 is 0,0,0 in rgb (black), 100 is 100,100,100 in rgb, and 255 is 255,255,255 in rgb (white).
What is the easiest way to set up the color ramp and correctly display this grid?
Thanks in advance!

Pasayten,
If you select the Gradient Shader on the toolbar and then setup its min color to be black and its maximum elevation color to be white on the Shader Options tab of the Configuration dialog, you should get what you are after.
Let me know if I can be of further assistance.
Thanks,
Mike
