cannot create range rings

When I click on create range rings option and place a point where the rings are to be centered and after specifying the number or rings and the ring radius, I cannot get GM to plot the rings.

    I would first suggest going to the Vector Display tab of the Configuration dialog and make sure that you don't have area display enabled, and also check the area type feature to make sure display of the range ring type isn't disabled there either.
