ECW from Web issue

Hello!
I was wondering if it would be possible to shed some light on an issue I seem to be having with obtaining ECW data from the Web...
FYI: I'm using GlobalMapper v10.02 (registered version)
To cut a long story short I require imagery of the Brunei area (and surrounding areas) and believe that Landsat True Colour might just be what I need. I carried out the following steps:
After a short period of time I receive a message box that states:
Unable to load overlay L7_N-50-500_TC.ecw
Eror sending header
ECWOverlay.coo - 2642
Build Time: May 15 2009 11:02:31
I have previously installed the relevant ECW plugin as indicated in the textual content at the foot of the Open ECW File from Web... file dialog. Being a complete newbie to mapping, projections, GIS, etc. I'm not sure if this problem is user error, a bug, a server connection issue or something completely different.
Kindest regards,
Andy

- Select File | Open ECW File from Web... option
- Expand the LandSat True Colour branch
- Select the N-50-00 (Brunei, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines) entry
- Click OK.

Andy,
From the error message it sounds like the server on which that Landsat data comes from is being unresponsive. I would suggest pulling in the Landsat imagery using the File->Download Online Imagery menu command as that typically works better.
Let me know if I can be of further assistance.
Thanks,
Mike
