ImageBuilder Error Code 7 (server issue?)

I'm considering using DigitalGlobe for high res imagery but lately everytime I try to access the free content to check it out I get the error "Error downloading ImageBuilder data file blah-blah-blah Error Cod= 7. The request is not recognized and able to be serviced".

Anyone have some insight for me on this? Thanks!

    Which version of Global Mapper are you using? The DigitalGlobe folks have recently made some updates that required changes to Global Mapper. If you are on v10, simply download and install the latest release from http://www.globalmapper.com/global_mapper10_setup.exe and everything should then work. Updated builds are available for older releases as well.
