I noticed that the SUB-PATH INFO display appears to be showing the Elev Diff in meters while the units are set to feet. (v10.02)

It would also be quite helpful to have slope expressed in % on the SUB-PATH INFO line and in Path Details output.

It looks like the unit conversion wasn't done for feet display. I have placed a new build at http://www.globalmapper.com/global_mapper10.zip with this fixed for you to try. Simply download that file and extract the contents into your existing v10.xx installation folder to give it a try.
