Hi,

Can you convert a ESRI Personal GeoDatabase to shapefiles within Global Mapper?

    John,

    Yes, just load the .mdb file (the ESRI Personal Geodatabase), then export to a Shapefile using the File->Export Shapefile menu command. You could also convert lots of files using the File->Batch Convert/Reproject menu command.

    Can ESRI File Geodatabases also be opened and exported to shapefiles within GlobalMapper?

    ESRI File Geodatabases are not supported as ESRI has not released the format that they use for those files.
