Adding custom PRJ- file

When adding this custom prj- file it will give a wrong projection:
Correcting the name of the datum to this:
I am curious why these two prj- files are threated different - only the name of the datum have changed - not any of the parameters.

What wrong projection is provided when you load the first one? I would not expect changing the datum name to affect anything except the datum.
