Open in MapCatalogue

I have discovered the benefits of using a MapCatalogue instead of opening alot of file. However the "easiest" way to add new files is to "drag and drop" them into the GlobalMapperwindow. Is it possible to add a new Icon in GlobalMapper which is called - Create New MapCatalogue - and when the files are dropped on to this icon they will be added to a new MapCatalogue automatically? That would make it very easy to make a MapCatalogue and hopefully more people will discover the benefits of it.

With Windows when you drag a file onto Global Mapper I just get a notification that the user wants to open a file, so I open it. What you can do then though is start to create a map catalog and choose to add loaded files, so it isn't too much more work.
