Zoom with scrollwheel

Put this on the bottom of the "Nice to have, but implement important things first"-list.

Now when selecting Pan-mode it is possible to zoom in/out by using the scroll wheel. However it zooms in/out from the center of the screen.

I want to be able to zoom in/out and make the center point where I have my cursor. Ie if I have my cursor in the top left corner of the map and scroll the wheel I want this location to be zoomed/scrolled AND put in the centre of the screen. This way it will go faster and you don`t have to use the PAN operation that much.
